## Narrative

Employee was cutting a piece of 2"" angle iron with a Milwaukee grinder. A piece of the grinder broke off and kicked back into the employee's right leg cutting EE's knee.  Grinder did have the guard on at the time of the incident.  Employee went to clinic and received four stitches.
