## Narrative

EE had parked EE's service truck at the shop. Was disembarking EE's truck using 3 points of contact. Boot apparently had moisture on it causing EE's foot to slip off last step. EE then lost balance and fell backwards in a sideways position and landed on EE's shoulder. Step is in good condition and clean. EE worked the rest of the day and went to urgent care after work
