## Narrative

Around 09:05 a haulage operator was being loaded by a shovel and got jolted from a big rock being dumped into the bed. IP arrived at first aid post at 09:36 and was assessed by an EMT. IP could not move head from side to side without pain. EMT sent the IP to RMMC for higher level of care. Pain is on left side of neck and upper trap.
