## Narrative

EE was removing adapter fitting off 2"" washdown hose used for cooling for belt cooking equipment in the Pellet Plant.  EE used 2 - 18"" pipe wrenches to the reducing bushing & coupler to remove & replace w/washdown hose nozzle.  When applied pressure, EE felt pain in right shoulder.
