Employee rolled EE's ankle after EE stepped on a 2"" hose that was laying on the concrete floor after stepping down from the crossover platform steps. Medical professionals were notified and employee released to full duty. On 9/27/25, employee felt discomfort return and advised EE to get an evaluation at a medical facility where EE was diagnosed with ""other fracture of the fibula"".
