## Narrative

EE was working on balling floor by ""A"" bentonite feeder in the Pellet Plant to address a bentonite delay. EE turned to leave the bentonite feeder when right pant leg hooked on a piece of angle iron structure near floor. EE fell on their left side & knee contacted the floor grating causing pain to left knee.
