Narrative

EE was lubing up a ""Pile Shackle"" as preventative maintenance, the pin was in the ""out"" position and the pin was dislodged. EE held the pile shackle with EE's left hand to keep it stable and was greasing with EE's right hand, the pin pinched EE's nail off and also part of the tip of the pointer finger.
