## Narrative

EE was giving signals by radio to the crane operator, gave command to ""hold it"" 3 different time and the crane continued to boom up. The brace that was rigged and to be connected had too much pressure, was being held with spud wrench, flung the brace around and struck EE inside the right forearm causing a 5""2"" laceration.
