## Narrative

Two employees were building a dry-stack block wall. As the wall was near completion and they were attempting to wedge it tight, it began to move toward them. As they attempted to get away from it, it fell striking injured on EE's right side and below EE's waist, knocking EE to the mine floor. Suffered contusions to EE's lower left leg & fracture to EE's left foot.
