## Narrative

Employee was cutting in the #1 Entry on #8 Section, EE went to the offside of the miner (CM130) to slide the tubing out and when attempting to walk back to the operator's side EE was struck by a shuttle car (SC125) due to limited visibility causing fractures in EE's right lower leg (fibula bone).
