## Narrative

Injured employee was assisting a co-worker hang a ventilation tube from the mine roof at the face beside the continuous miner. As they were hanging the tube in place, a rock fell from above the tube and struck employee on EE's right shoulder and upper leg / thigh area. Has swelling and bruising to EE's leg. No rules/regulations were violated and employee has training & experience.
