Narrative

Injured employee was hanging a check curtain on the 7 North Mains CM Section. EE used an 18"" high work platform so EE could reach the mine roof. While standing on the platform, EE pulled up on the curtain, lost EE's balance and fell off it, landing on EE's right shoulder. Result was a dislocated shoulder. Employee has training and experience. No rules or regulations were violated.
