Narrative

The employee was attempting to move a piece of rock off of the tail drive on 16E Longwall, when a rock measuring approximately 10""x5""x5"" fell from between shields #121 and #122 striking the tip EE's right middle finger between the rock EE was attempting to move and the rock that fell. Resulting in a laceration and fracture to the tip of EE's finger.
