## Narrative

EE was engaged in the task of removing a slurry pipe at the Boar Hammock Mine. EE attempted to cross over the pipe to reach the other side. Instead of stepping over the pipe, EE stepped onto the pipe to cross. The pipe had a slippery residue on its surface, causing EE's foot to slip. EE heard and felt a ""pop"" in EE's left knee.
