Narrative

Reported to management that EE was experiencing serious pain in EE's chest and believed it was from inhaling lime dust at Cricket Mountain. EE denied wearing mask or respirator, which was advised, when questioned. Sent EE to be seen at WorkMed, they diagnosed EE with exposure to chemical inhalation and referred EE to a pulmonologist. On 10/20/2025, EE was placed on modified duty
