## Narrative

MMG's were removing the 5B rougher drum in the east side of the Concentrator to repair the tub. They used OH crane to remove drum to set the magnetic rougher drum on ball mill floor cover. The cover became stuck to bottom of drum. MMG jumped on 5ft pry bar placed between cover & drum (@ angle ~4-5"" from ground), when cover released, EE injured right foot.
