Narrative

Employee stated they stepped out of the cab of a D10T dozer. Employee stated they stepped out onto the right-side top deck were the door swings open. Employee stated when they stepped out onto the deck they slipped and fell to the ground. Employee went to the ER the next morning and was diagnosed with a split tibia.
