## Narrative

Employee was bolting in the #2 entry and just finished installing a bolt. Employee had a drill steel in right hand while dropping the head of the machine towards the mine floor. The drill steel that was resting on the employee's right foot became stuck under the pot of the machine and pushed the drill steel in through the top of the right foot.
