## Narrative

employee was using grinder and grinder caught on gloves cutting right pinky finger on first knuckle, Finger was almost cut off. the cut did cut the tendons and was taken off work. Each employee will now be trained properly trained on using said machine, do not use any equipment without proper guard in place
