## Narrative

Employee was removing a belt wipe for replacement and was holding an end wrench on a stuck nut while another employee used an electric impactor to the bolt end for easy removal. The injured employee was holding the wrench loosely and the wrench spun with the nut striking the end of right thumb fracturing the most distal phalange.
