On November 10th at about 2:30 PM one of our van shipping employees received a laceration to their left thumb/palm. The employee was attempting to open a pair of bundled shipping ratchet straps. When the employee attempted to open the packaging, the knife slipped, striking the palm area of left thumb. Resulting in a laceration.
