Narrative

(REPORTABLE DUE TO SUTURES) Employee was working on a 4"" air line at 4-7 Fan compressor station when a 4"" VIC coupling / bull hose blew off and struck EE causing a laceration to EE's left upper leg which required twelve (12) sutures.
