Employee installed inside roof bolt with 54""x12"" strap and swung out to drill outside hole. While lining strap hole with drill steel they stepped on loose rock, slipped and struck right wrist on strap edge between glove cuff and Kevlar sleeve, causing laceration. Treated with 7 sutures. Full release, no restrictions; returned 12/12/2025 to normal duties. Medical Treatment Only.
