## Narrative

Operator disconnected the winch cable from the roll off dumpster. Then, the operators right foot/boot/ice cleat caught on the corner of the dumpsters frame causing them to lose their balance, tripping backwards and landing on their elbow/ shoulder straining their shoulder.
