## Narrative

There was a roof fall in 18H 3 entry xc 5 intersection. It fell on the belt line and monorail in the entry. The fall was roughly 10' high, 30"" long, and 20' wide.  No injuries, no trapped miners, and no disruption to ventilation on the longwall face.
