## Narrative

Injured employee was dragging a ventilation tube to the right side of the CM for installation. As EE approached the coal pile behind the CM EE set the tube down and stepped across the pile. EE stepped on a loose piece of coal and rolled EE's left ankle. Diagnosed with a ankle sprain.
