Before the end of shift on 1/8/2026 employee was putting all their tools away in their suitcase. As they were lifting it to put the suitcase full of tools on the cart, they leaned too far and felt a sharp pain between their stomach and groin. They reported the incident to their supervisor on 1/9/2026 at the beginning of shift.
