## Narrative

Employee went to put a flame in kiln 1, EE was standing on a 29"" rolling ladder, there was pulverized coal dust still in the hood of the kiln, when they introduced a flare to ignite the coal, the kiln produced a blowback, knocked the employee to the ground from the 29"" ladder and they sustained burn injuries to right arm and lower back, 2nd degree burns.
