Narrative

Maintenance employee was working in the plant and at some point, in time EE debris in EE's eye. EE flushed it out, but it was still irritated so EE went to the eye doctor to make sure the debris was not still present. The eye doctor prescribed eye drops for the irritation. Employee was able to return to work immediately.
