On Feb 6, 2026, subcontractor, employee of Micronics (CRI MSHA ID C6220) was carrying blow pipes into the Keystone Cement Machine Shop. Leaving, their thumb was caught above the knuckle in a heavy counterweight-driven self-closing door that shut quickly and forcefully, causing a severe injury. The required stitches.
