The blast for the 445-3260 stope occurred at the end of day shift on 2/13 at 515pm. On the top cut of the stope on the 420 level, the back broke 10 ft above the 20 ft cables that were installed in the heading. The ground fell into the open stope. The fall was discovered on 2/14 at 12:45AM.
