Employee reported while lifting tire chains onto a tire, they experienced pain in left shoulder. X-ray report indicates advanced degenerative changes. MRI results obtained on 02/26/26 indicate multiple areas of degenerative osteoarthritis, tendinosis, and AC joint arthropathy.
