Narrative

Employee was climbing down off of 777 dump truck, when they slipped off of bottom rung on ladder. They felt a pop in knee. PPE was not a factor, mining systems was not a factor, compliance with rules and regulations was not a factor. Employee worked after the injury until March 4th 2026, when they began missing time for surgery.
