Based on audiometric evidence and review on March 13, 2026, the employee meets the reportable hearing loss threshold under 30 CFR Part 62. The age-corrected Standard Threshold Shift was 25.6 dB in the right ear, exceeding the 25 dB average at 2000, 3000, and 4000 Hz from the employee's baseline/revised baseline audiogram.
