## Narrative

EE called in to HR 12/21/25 and reported that the issue they was currently collecting short-term disability benefits for was actually a work-related condition due to dehydration, working in high heat and use of a respirator. They filed a workers' compensation claim which was denied. To date, EE has not appealed the denial.
