B crew switching T15. IE directed operator over radio to shove 4 cars to a joint. Operator stoppedshort;couplers misaligned.IE entered red zone without protection, violating CS-4(Red Zone) and CS-27 (Adjusting mismatched coupler with or without a device(SafeTRAX) to line couplers. Used their foot to align couplers. Operator continued shoving; IE foot was caught and pinched between.
