## Narrative

Two employees were performing patch work on a chute while cutting a existing piece of metal approx 1'x1' approx 3/8"" thick off the piece of metal hinged and swung roughly 4' and fell 4' onto the EEs foot. The sharpe corner of the metal penetrated their boot and cut the top of their foot.
