A 103(K) Order (No. 5056976) was issued for the electrical rooms affected by the fire, on 01/22/26. On 04/24/2026 A Denver office inspector was on-site for other purposes and mentioned a 7000-1 needed to be filed for the fire; this submittal is fulfilling that request.
