Narrative

Employee was removing spray bar clamps from an old wash screen. After removing the hardware, the U-bolt was stuck in position around the bar, Employee used a 10"" pry bar to free the clamp. While pulling downward the pry bar slipped and pinched the palm side tip of EE's left ring finger, causing a laceration requiring two stitches.
