4/28-First Aid EE was tightening the bolts on the 3"" inch flange pump when heard a pop sounded followed by a very strong & painful cramping in the right bicep. Followed by throbbing pain and reddish bruising forming on the right bicep. 5/5 -Went recordable due to PT
