June 5, 2014 Inspector General Paul Martin released a report examining NASA’s increasing use of Space Act Agreements to promote scientific research and new technology and stimulate the aerospace industry to undertake new endeavors such as developing spacecraft to transport cargo and crew to the International Space Station.
