## Description

On June 29, 2006, a Notice of Violation associated with a White SDP finding was issued for a finding involving multiple failures by the licensee to adequately evaluate the radiological hazards associated with the leaks from the circulating water blowdown line vacuum breakers and to assess the environmental impact of the resultant onsite and offsite tritium contamination.
