## Description

On March 25, 2011, the NRC issued a Notice of Violation to West Virginia University Hospitals Inc. (WVUH) for a Severity Level III violation involving the failure to notify the NRC Operations Center by telephone no later than the next calendar day after discovery of the medical event as required by 10 CFR 35.3045(c).
