## Description

On June 8, 2011, the NRC issued a Notice of Violation to the Owensby and Kritikos, Inc., for a Severity Level III violation involving the licensee's failure to control and maintain constant surveillance of the licensed material in an unrestricted area as required by 10 CFR 20.1801 and 20.1802.
