## Description

On November 8, 2011, the NRC issued a Notice of Violation to Warner Brothers, LLC for a Severity Level III violation involving the failure to file NRC Form 241 "Report of Proposed Activities in Non-Agreement States," at least three days prior to engaging in licensed activities within NRC jurisdiction, as required by 10 CFR 150.20.
