## Description

On January 18, 2017, the NRC issued a Notice of Violation to American Engineering Testing, Inc., for a Severity Level III violation of 10 CFR 34.41(a). The violation involved the failure to ensure that whenever radiography is performed at a location other than a permanent radiographic installation, the radiographer must be accompanied by at least one other qualified radiographer or an individual who has met, at a minimum, the requirements of 10 CFR 34.43(c).
