## Description

The action was based a Maintenance Rule base-line inspection that determined PECO Nuclear was not adequately monitoring the performance of numerous systems and components against established goals, nor had PECO Nuclear demonstrated the effectiveness of preventive maintenance on these systems and components. Both of these deficiencies were requirements of the Maintenance Rule.
