On March 13, 2025, the NRC issued a notice of violation to Entergy Operations, Inc. (licensee) for a Severity Level (SL) III violation at Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO), Unit 1. The violation involved the licensee’s failure to implement written procedures, as required by ANO Technical Specification 5.4.1(a). Specifically, a licensed operator accessed non-work-related internet sites multiple times without authorization while standing watch in the control room.
