The bagel bulk product label read: POPPY SEED BAGEL: Bread Flour (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Vitamin C, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Poppy Seed, Water, Salt Yeast, Brown Sugar.

Reason for recall

The firm used pan release spray, which contains soy lecithin, on equipment and finished products labels do not declare soy lecithin.
