The labels contain the following statement above or below the product name and/or ingredient statement: "***IMPORTANT KEEP FROZEN***THAW UNDER REFRIGERATION (BELOW 38 F) IMMEDIATELY BEFORE USE***DIST OR DISTRIBUTED BY: ALASKA KING SEAFOODS, PO BOX 1826 TACOMA, WA 98401***" "***Short Strips Teriyaki***INGREDIENTS: SALMON, MOLASSES, SOY SAUCE (WATER, WHEAT, SOYBEANS, SALT, SODIUM BENZOATE), RUM, GARLIC, ONION, GINGER, BROWN SUGAR, SPICES, ORGANIC DEXTROSE, NATURAL FLAVORS, NATURAL WOOD SMOKE (CONTAINS SOY)***".

Jensen's Old Fashioned Smokehouse, Inc. is recalling Alaska King Seafoods Short Strips Teriyaki because it is not labeled "KEEP FROZEN" and the product has the potential to be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum.
